The feet of a man are seen walking into a building as a briefcase is shown into view for a moment. The man walks up to a ring as the camera slowly pans out away from the view. We now see Davey Boone wearing a suit with a tie along with a pair of sunglasses that he takes off and smiles. The camera looks over and we now see "The Wolverine" Seth Drabble working out in the ring. He walks over to the ropes and looks down at his uncle.
Davey Boone~ I have some great news Seth, you have been given a contract to wrestle again.
Seth Drabble~ Gee, that's great Uncle Dave, where am I headed?
Davey Boone~ My old stomping grounds, go get cleaned up. You have been working out almost 4 hours now, we have a promo to cut.
Seth quickly climbs out of the ring and hits the showers.
Same day, 9:12am
Davey Boone~ Pinnacle Web Wrestling, I was a two time cruiserweight champion and a one time tag team champion with your Uncle Adam. (really his cousin, but he always called him Uncle Adam)
Seth Drabble~ Why don't you take the contract then?
Davey Boone smiles at Seth and then looks at the camera man and speaks.
Davey Boone~ Because.....ROLL IT! Hello Pinnacle Web Wrestling, it is I, Davey "The Savior" Boone here with a few official announcements to make. No, I will not be making a return to the ring. I am here to announce my official retirement from wrestling. I will no longer partake in wrestling and will be staying out of this young man's destiny to become the PWW World Champion. Agent Orange has opened up the doors of PWW once again as the history of PWW has organized this tribute. Most of us older guys are stepping aside and allowing the new youth or the new "attitude" if you will, step into the ring and make their own history. You are looking at a two time PWW Cruiserweight champion and a one time PWW Tag Team champion in myself. Now I pass the torch down to my nephew, Seth Drabble, who likes to be referred to as "The Wolverine". I leave my manager, Chuck Watson in charge of him and to assure he is taken care of, now I will step aside and allow him to address the fans and wrestlers of Pinnacle Web Wrestling.
Boone steps aside as Seth steps into the view of the camera. Seth is a bit stunned from the announcement from his uncle.
Seth Drabble~ I heard the comments from Raymond Clark and Maniac's little brother, Rob Diamond. I am not intimidated by either of them or anybody else here in Pinnacle Web Wrestling. It is my understanding that the seven current members of the roster have all qualified in a World Title tournament set to take place once we have an 8th person here. I am confident in my ability to win that tournament and be the PWW World Champion in the NEW era of PWW. I will go through Rob Diamond, Raymond Clark, Chris Andrews, Talon, John Anthony, and even my old friend The General to take the grandest prize of PWW. This was and is a great place for my uncle Davey Boone who found many successes here. Now, it will be a great place for me to step out of the shadow of my uncle's accomplishments and relish in my own success. So let this be a warning to the entire PWW, don't come making threats to me because I don't take too well to them. Settle this in the ring like the wrestlers of Pinnacle Web Wrestling's old used to do it back in the day. I AM the Wolverine...and you will all FEEL MY BITE!!!!
Seth flexes his muscles as the scene fades. The camera guy signals they are clear.
Seth Drabble~ You just retired from wrestling all together. Why?
Davey Boone~ It is your turn my boy, good luck to you. Treat PWW as special as I once did and I will check in on you from time to time. Oh, stay away from being friends with Diamond, Talon, and Raymond Clark. Some confuse Chris Andrews for a homosexual, but really he's just homophobic. The General is a gravy hating bastard and John Anthony is the nephew of my old buddy, The Xtreme One. I believe in you. Good luck!
