About PWW Rules
These rules are the guidelines of PWW. They must be followed at all times, very seldom will there be a good exception to this. If you break the rules once you will be warned, if you continue to break the rules you be subject to suspension and or being fired.
Basic Rules
1. Have Fun: This is the most important rule of any efed. You need to hang around the OOC/Locker Room boards and get to know the people you will be working with. This is vital to the success of any efed. Winning is not everything, coming into a fed and expecting to win every match is crazy. If you are not having fun, or worried about your character's direction please contact a staff member.
2. Don't Question the staff publicly: Do not question any decision made by the staff, or any member of the staff publicly. We do our best to make this fed fun and enjoyable to everybody, and you atleast owe us enough respect not to belittle us in front of everybody. If you do, the post will be deleted and you will be warned or worse.
3. RP Limit: A roleplay limit of 2 roleplays per Gemini show and 3 roleplays per pay per view. This ensures that all roleplayers are on the same level playing field and releases a lot of stress for you to believe you must do 5+ rps to defeat your opponent. We want to apply the least amount of stress on you as possible, but we encourage you to rp as much as possible. The roleplay limit for PPV's is 3 RPs. If you are booked in a tag team match it's still the same number of max roleplays per character, however you can do a roleplay with your partner and if both wrestlers are the focal point of the RP then it counts as 1 for both characters.
4. On Card Segments: On card segments and strats(covered below) are not considered roleplays and do not count as or equal a roleplay, but they can and will help you win a match on occasion, especially if the match is close. On card segments may or may not be used on the show but you will still get credit for submitting one even if they're not used. Also the staff reserves the right to change an on card segment in order for it to fit onto the show. These changes will almost always be minor (For example, changing when it happens) so don't worry about the staff drastically altering your work. Only one strat and one segment is allowed for per show. Make sure the segment makes sense though, it actually has to fit what's going on, and do not make it unbearably long.
5. Strats: Strats, short for Strategy, is how you want your character to act during the show. If your character has had a string of bad luck and you want him to act gloomy when walking to the ring, this is where to tell us. Strats and Segments usually go hand and hand.
6. Picture Bases: Pic Bases are real world avatars hat represent your character for aesthetic reasons. You are required to have one when filling out an application. You can not have the same pic base as another wrestler unless it is a vastly different depiction of the person, for example Kane w/ Mask and Kane unmasked can both be used at the same time. Also pic bases have to be of real people... no cartoons, or anything like that, maybe if you run it by the staff first we will allow an exception, but we make no promises.
7. Results: The staff works hard on the results and you are expected to read them in their entirety. Sometimes you might miss something important if you only glance over the results, you never know when your character might play a part in something bigger.
8. Leaving PWW: We have no problem letting you out of your PWW commitment, if you need to leave for whatever reason there will be no hard feelings as long as you are respectful to the staff when doing so. However if you were already booked in a match, you're character will have to fulfill this obligation, if you roleplay or not (example: If you're booked in a match for Monday, and tell the staff you quit Wednesday, you're character is still going to wrestle Monday. You can still roleplay and attempt to win this match if you desire.) This rule can be changed as the staff sees fit in case of special circumstances (example: Death of a family member). If you are holding a title at the time of your departure, your wrestler will also have to compete in one more match where he'll drop the belt to a wrestler of the staff's choosing. Again you can attempt to win the match by Roleplaying if you choose.
9. Applications: The normal max limit for handlers to have is two wrestlers. A tag team will count for 1 wrestler, but 2 applications must be filled out for each wrestler. A tag team roster will be provided once we have enough applicants for form a tag team, so just create 2 separate applications for each wrestler. More than 2 wrestlers per handler will be taken into consideration determined by the PWW staff. (Ask staff for further questions.)
10. Female Wrestlers: Are allowed and will be booked accordingly.
Roleplaying Rules
1. Character usage: You're roleplays may only contain your characters, unless you've gotten permission specifically from the other wrestler's handler. Do not attack another wrestler in your roleplay. You may use the following staff members in your roleplays the staff listed as interviewers and the staff members listed under "other" on the staff page. However you must use them appropriately if you cross the line (you're smart enough to know what that line is) then you will be subject to punishment. The staff reserves the right to determine what is appropriate use of the staff characters. You can get a little physical with the interviewers and or other staff, but do not overly harm them.
2. Property rights: Anything owned by another character is considered part of that character. That means no trashing their house, breaking their windshield or anything like that without getting permission from the handler.
2. Appropriate Behavior: Pretend that the second you start an RP there is a camera there, somehow, someway recording the events. These events will be displayed on television therefore the rules of real life television apply. Do not kill somebody in your roleplay, if you did there would be video proof and your character would go to jail. To not have explicit sex in your Roleplay, again, that would not get shown on TV. You can imply things have happened, but no descriptive nudity or the like. This is efedding therefore it's about wrestling, try to remember that in a roleplay.
3. Swearing: Swearing IS allowed, but to a minimum. We won’t allow you to have every other word a curse. Use it with respect if you use it at all, and note that a lot of roleplays look very tacky when curse words are used throughout the roleplay.
4. Linking: Linking to your roleplays is allowed. We prefer that the roleplays be done on the boards because it's easier on us and it'll also bad words will be caught by our filters. However we are not going to force wrestlers to use the boards to write roleplays, only "encourage" that you do.
5. InRing: No "in-ring" roleplays. The show hasn't happened and we don't have any "house" shows so how can a roleplay take place in a ring with a full arena then? If you want to have a promo/interview at the arena during the time of the show then you'll have to send a staff member an "oncard" segment. These on-cards are completely written by you but we the staff reserve the right to change them as we see accordingly to fit into the show.
Forum Rules
1. Censors: The word filter is there for a reason, do not type around it. Very few words are filtered and they are filtered for a reason. We are all adults, but that doesn't mean that every member wants to see "the F bomb" every other word in posts. Just try and respect your fellow PWW members.
2. Fighting: Fighting is not allowed on the boards. Again please, respect your fellow PWW members. If you are having a problem with somebody and feel they are disrespecting you, then bring it to a staff member. The OOC boards are the most important thing about a fed so lets try and keep them a friendly place.
3. Grammar: Please try and use proper English, good grammar, and spell check whenever possible. If it is a joke post, then feel free to be funny, this concerns everyday posting. It gets hard reading through 100's of posts with shortened leet speak, and even harder trying to figure out what you're saying when you horribly misspell a word.
4. Posting: No OOC replies on the roleplay boards. Also only staff members may reply to somebody's roster bio.
5. Content: Do not post inappropriate images or inappropriate speech. I'm sure you know what I mean. No nudy pictures, no porn, no penthouse forum type of articles. Again, please keep the forums a friendly place to be. This includes racial slurs, homophobic comments. If you post something and somebody is offended then you are held accountable.
